I was born and educated in England and after graduating from college, I worked for one year in the UK to gain business experience, in that year I caught the "travel bug" and left for South Africa. I have always been a people person and therefore, joined a dynamic company, Rank Xerox as a Public Relations Officer and later was promoted to management; I have worked in their London, Johannesburg and Sydney branches. I have lived in South Africa, KwaZulu Natal for the most part of my life and feel more South African than British.

I moved to the Wenatchee Valley in December 2007 to be closer to my married daughter and two young grandchildren. I was privileged to join Dr. Kapeikis and his staff in February 2008 and have enjoyed making the Doctors and Massage Therapists appointments, I believe in helping to make our patients feel comfortable and at ease in our clinic, the patients time spent with us should be beneficial to ones well being.

When out of the office I like to spend time with my daughter and grandchildren, I also enjoy walking, reading and watching movies.
